Terms of Service — Vincz Boosts

By purchasing any product or service from Vincz Boosts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.

1. Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds or replacements will only be provided when we determine that the issue was caused by our side.
• No refunds will be issued for tokens, boosts, or other digital products once they have been delivered.
• If a product becomes unusable due to circumstances outside of our control, we are not obligated to provide a refund, replacement, or free update.

2. Tools & Bots

• If any tool or bot is patched, stops functioning, becomes outdated, or is leaked, Vincz Boosts is not required to provide a refund, replacement, or free update.
• If an update is required and an updated version is available, an upgrade fee of 50% of the original purchase price will apply.
• This applies regardless of how long ago the product was purchased.

3. Lifetime Purchases

• Any product advertised or sold as “lifetime” means lifetime access for as long as the purchased tool remains functional and supported in its intended environment.
• “Lifetime” does not guarantee permanent functionality, future updates, compatibility, or protection against patches, leaks, or third-party changes.
• A lifetime purchase does not entitle the customer to a free replacement or a newly developed version if the original tool stops working.

4. Boosting Services

• If you manually kick, remove, ban, or otherwise interfere with any boosting accounts, no replacement boosts will be provided.
• If your anti-raid bot, moderation system, or any other automated system kicks or removes the boosting accounts, no replacement boosts will be provided.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your server and security settings allow the boosting service to function correctly.

5. Tokens

• Tokens are used at your own risk.
• You have 10 minutes after delivery to report an invalid, locked, or otherwise unusable token.
• Any token issues reported after the 10-minute period will not be eligible for replacement.
• No replacements will be provided if there is a token wave, mass invalidation, or similar event affecting the tokens.
• Once the 10-minute warranty period has passed, the purchase is considered final.

6. Overpayments

• If you accidentally overpay through Swish, PayPal, Litecoin, or any other payment method, the additional amount will be considered a donation.
• No refunds, credits, or additional products will be provided for accidental overpayments.

7. Changes to These Terms

• These Terms of Service belong to Vincz Boosts and may be updated or modified at any time.
• By continuing to purchase or use our products after changes have been made, you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms of Service.
